Understanding Rotational Moulding

- Loading the Mould: Roto moulding-grade polymer powder (LLDPE) is manually filled into the mould.

- Cooling: The mould is moved to a cooling station, where it solidifies and takes the shape of the mould cavity.
- Demoulding: The mould is opened, and the final product is removed, ready for finishing and quality inspection.
