To Detect metal inclusion particle from polymers a high efficiency hopper magnet is provided with the machine.
Feeder
Low Level Indicator provided for feeding hopper. Auto tripping system in case of access temperature in material Out Put and / or motor overload. Temperature sensor is provided at the end of mill body. Temperature of mill body goes higher, at that time machine will stop due to sense of temperature sensor.
Disc
Special graded and tested alloy steel is used for disc which passes through special hardening process.
